Off site SEO or Off Page SEO:
This is the most important part of SEO because all search engines now rank the websites by their inboud and outbund links.this is just one kind of vote system, the website will get higher who has more votes.Other thing is to find pages and sites that have similar meaning to your target website and either link to them or if you have the ability to get them to link to you. Of course with real time search and the evolution of social sites like Twitter and Facebook, off site SEO campaigns wouldn’t be complete without a social element. With the goal of any web surfer to find the best quality content it has always been in the best interest of the search engines to serve up the highest quality and trusted sites. They do this by determining the age of the URL, back-links to the site (especially from other trusted sites), the relevance of the site itself, and confirming click through rates from browsers. Now with the availability of real-time data and social chatter available for just about every subject under the sun it would be negligent to ignore the importance of social media in any off site SEO campaign.

Off Site SEO factors,

a. Links to your site

b. Press releases- If you choose to do a press release and it gets picked up by some other news entities, it’s a great way to get your name out there and also probably some links back to your siteGuests.

c. Blog posts – Creating blog and comenting ralated other blogs you can hopefully get more links back.

d. article directory submissions

e. Social media Facebook Mentions & Shares – along with other social media entities are really important to increase engagement to your site like: Tweets, Pins, and Reddits. All these social media signals express engagement for your site and engagement is a really important factor in off-site optimization.

f. RSS Feed

Last of all, above mensioned factors are more important for your website to do both your on site and off site SEO to ensure long term success.

Definition of SEO

What is SEO?
According to Wikipedia:
"Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results, or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines."
IT is the process of improving the visibility of a website on organic ("natural" or un-paid) search engine result pages (SERPs), by incorporating search engine friendly elements into a website. A successful search engine optimization campaign will have, as part of the improvements, carefully select, relevant, keywords which the on-page optimization will be designed to make prominent for search engine algorithms. Search engine optimization is broken down into two basic areas: On Page and Off Page optimization. On-page optimization refers to website elements which comprise a web page, such as HTML code, textual content, and images. Off-page optimization refers, predominantly, to backlinks (links pointing to the site which is being
optimized, from other relevant websites).

SEO are very important aspects and can influence your future if you master the concepts. SEO will get you and your business found on search engines. And that is how people are conducting research and choosing which products to buy, or where to vacation, or which service to purchase. People purchase based on what they find on search engines.

We’re all familiar with what takes place when we search for something on Google or Yahoo! search: the site gives us several pages of results. Did you know that most people only bother clicking on results found on the first page of a search? Sometimes a search can result in 10 or 20 pages of results and the average user often ignores all those extra pages.

SEO is just a bunch of fancy words. IT means more visitors, more traffic, and if you’ve got a product, more sales. SEO is integral to a good marketing campaign – there’s no two ways around it.So, for people looking to sell something on their web page or even just to attract a bigger audience for their blog or podcast, SEO is very important. The goal is to get a web site to appear on the very first page of any search engine’s results when searching for specific words or phrases. These words or phrases are known as keywords – they’re your best friends when it comes to search engine optimization.

There are a number of resources you can find on the web that will teach you how to use keywords. For instance, some tools will tell you how often a certain keyword phrase is searched for, and show you other, similar keywords. These other keywords might allow you to expand the focus of your web page to attract more visitors. You can also use this information to target keywords that are less common on the Internet  which allows you to corner the market.

Keywords aren’t the only search engine optimization tool you can use. Another important aspect of SEO is  linking . Search engines basically use links to a website as references, like when an employer calls up past employers to find out how good an applicant is. The more legitimate references or links to a website, the higher that the site will be ranked in the search engines. Creating links between your pages is a great way to enhanceSEO.

Some areas to think about:
1. Local Search, Local SEO. This is increasingly important as Google, Bing, and Yahoo return search results based on where you are when you search. This works from your mobile device, or from your desktop where your IP address gives away your location. If you build out your local search presence, with Google Places, Yelp, Yahoo Local, and more - it helps you be found on local search. These are easy steps to take, and can have a large impact on your business.

2. Quality content. The goal of a search engine like Google is to return the best search results. One big qualifier for this is quality content. So if you create good content on your site you will be more relevant to viewers, and therefore you will have a better chance of showing up in search results. Time on your site, with people reading your content is important. Low bounce rate, meaning people click into your site and stay there. And fresh content that is updated regularly - can all help your content score, and show your site more often in search.

Thus, to optimize our sites we need to know both how people use search engines, and how we can affect our site's search results. This is important because we don't seek high rankings for just any search. We seek high rankings on searches relevant to the content on our site.

DoFollow and NoFollow Backlinks

I have a website and I want to rank my website for search engines. Then the great jobs is to make backlinks. There are two types of back links. These are-
1. DoFollow and 2. NoFloow
1. Dofollow
Dofollow Link is a hyperlink that is able to tell all search engines to pass along it’s page rank influence to an outbound link.
If you will use or get do follow links then search engines will count your link in the eyes of google, yahoo, bing etc as backlink for your site and you can get some positive value for your site ranking.
Dofollow Link= <a href=”http://www.google.com/”>Google</a>
2. No Follow
Nofollow Link is exactly the opposite. It is a hyperlink that removes the ability to pass on it’s page rank status to other sites.
Nofollow are for not crawling a link by search engine that influence the ranking of a particular website or blog in search engines.
Nofollow Link Or  <a href=”inproblog.com” rel=”nofollow”>Inproblog</a>
From where will you get dofollow liks. See below lists
Blogspot, Wordpress, livejournal, blogsome, tumblr, blogetery, easyjournal, clearblogs, blogster, thoughts
Last of all, I suggest to practice for Do follow links because It is great to link to high page ranking pages on other sites and allow the search There’s nothing wrong with getting NoFollow links. In fact, you’ll want to get an equal amount of them as well and  I personally believe that blog comments should be DoFollow because it builds a better sense of community and Bloggers helping Bloggers.
